Virtual try on kiosk in Hyderabad: how the free hour runs
B4Buy is based in Hyderabad. Before you pay us anything, we bring the try on screen to your shop for one hour, load a few of your own garments, and let your real customers use it while you watch. This page tells you exactly what that hour looks like.
What the screen does
A customer stands straight and takes one photo. Full length works best, and a half photo gives an honest waist up view. She then picks designs from your catalogue and sees herself wearing each one, in about a minute per look. She installs nothing on her phone. The photo is used to make her pictures and nothing else. It is never posted, never sold, and deleted the moment anyone asks.
One design shown on one customer is what we call a look. Everything we charge later is counted in looks, so the word is worth knowing before we arrive.
We come to your shop, not the other way round
There is no office visit and no video call. We carry the screen in, set it up on your floor, and run the hour during your normal trading day. Nothing about your shop changes for the demo, and that is the point. You are not judging our showroom. You are judging your own counter with one screen added.
The hour starts with your own stock
We photograph a few of your garments with an ordinary phone, full length plus close ups. For a saree that means the border, the pallu, the body fabric and the blouse piece. The system builds a clean catalogue picture and a picture on a model, checks colour, border, blouse and motifs against your photos, and rebuilds once with a correction when something is wrong. Then your customers use it while you watch
This is the part we cannot script, and we would not want to. Your regular customers walk in, take a photo, and flick through your designs on themselves. You stand where you always stand and watch what they do. A customer who will not change into a fifth saree will happily look at a fifth picture, and a tenth. Why that matters so much for sarees is in why nobody tries a saree.
What we will tell you plainly during the hour
It is a made picture and it can miss. When a look comes out wrong, the customer retries it with one tap. The screen does not measure her body and does not predict her size, so your tailor and your fitting room keep their jobs. When the system is still not satisfied with a picture after its correction, it says so on the design's card, and we will show you that too.
Today we render sarees, salwar suits, anarkalis, lehengas, kurtis, gowns, and menswear such as shirts and sherwanis. If your stock sits outside that list, tell us on WhatsApp before we book, and we will say honestly whether the hour is worth your time.
After the hour, and beyond Hyderabad
If you want to keep the kiosk, installation is 49,000 rupees once, delivered, installed, catalogue loaded and staff trained, with a two year warranty.
